PSI is the pressure (lbs. per square inch) at which the water exits the nozzle. GPM (gallons per minute) refers to the volume of water that exits the nozzle within a specific period. The higher the PSI of a power cleaner, the more grime it can remove within a concentrated area. The higher the GPM, the more debris it can flush away from a larger cleaning area.
Rotate the edge of the included 5-in-1 multi-spray nozzle to switch between 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and Rinse settings.
To remove the nozzle, slide down the brass ring on the end of the cleaning lance and pull out the nozzle. To insert the nozzle, hold down the brass ring and place the nozzle’s 1/4" quick-connect fitting inside the end of the lance. Next, release the brass ring and the nozzle should snap into place.
After the initial setup, the hose may still have air trapped inside that causes sputtering. Continue to squeeze the trigger to move water through the wand until all air is released to achieve a consistent spray.
A pulsing sensation is due to excessive pump pressure that may be caused by a dirty of clogged nozzle. To fix, first remove the battery and disconnect the water supply. Next, squeeze the trigger to remove any remaining water. Then, remove the nozzle and clean out clogged debris using a paper clip or similar device. Use a garden hose to run water through the back of the nozzle to clear out remaining debris. Reattach the nozzle to the cleaning lance, reattach the battery, and reconnect the water source to resume smooth spraying.
First, release any kinks in the hose to reestablish proper water flow. If the problem persists, ensure all parts are tightly secured and the battery is properly attached. You may also need to clean out a dirty or clogged nozzle.
Use a clean cloth and water to remove dirt, dust, oil, and grease. Do not use commercial solvents, as these may damage plastic parts. You should also periodically inspect the device for damaged, missing, or loose parts such as screws, nots, bolts, caps, etc. Securely tighten all fasteners and caps and do not operate until all missing components are replaced. Please call customer service for further assistance.
Remove the battery and disconnect the hose. Empty all water from the hose and coil it without kinks before placing it in the storage area. Tilt the power cleaner to ensure all remaining water is drained. Store all components in a dry, frost-free covered area away from harsh weather conditions.
