NITRO 20V Brushless Compact 1/4" Impact Driver (Tool Only)
- Proven Power—Worx NITRO tools are built for pro-level performance to elevate power, speed, and productivity on every task.
- Compact length of 4.6” makes it easier to use in tight spaces—such as around studs, joists, decking, plumbing, cabinetry, and more.
- Built with a high-efficiency brushless motor, which runs 50% longer, is 25% more powerful, and has a 10X longer life than brushed motors.
- 3 speed settings reach up to 3,400 RPM and 3,800 IPM to maximize user control and fit the demands of varying work conditions. Fine-tune the speed even further using the variable speed trigger.
- Reverse Auto-Stop mode prevents loosened fasteners from falling to the ground by stopping rotation when the impact driver senses a lower tension.
- Max torque of 1,800 in/lbs. allows for driving into wood, brick, concrete, and other tough materials.
- Trigger-activated LED light maximizes visibility in dark working areas. Conveniently shuts off after 20 seconds once trigger is released.
- Insulated design shields tool from high temperatures during high-demand applications.
- 1/4" hex chuck provides secure bit retention and quickly releases for easy bit changes.
- Rubber GRIPZONE handle enhances comfort and control, while lightweight 3-lb. body (with battery) reduces strain on user.
- Share Batteries, Save Money—Use the 20V Power Share batteries you already own and save money when you purchase the tool only.
Impact drivers have a built-in mechanism that add extra bursts of energy into the rotation of the bit. These extra bursts of energy, or impacts, increase the turning power of the driver to power fasteners through tough materials faster and easier.
Impact drivers can be used like a standard drill. Hex shank bits will be required to fit into the quick-release chuck.
A brushless motor is controlled electronically, rather than with brushes. They are more efficient in transferring power, thereby maximizing battery energy and runtime. Brushless motors are smaller and lighter than standard motors, so tools can be more compact and lighter.
Depending on the application, the user can select the speed that will drive fastener quickly, but not so quickly as to overdrive it. Fasteners that are driven to hard or fast can break, or the threads become stripped or damaged.
The head profile measures only 4.6” allowing access to tight spaces, although more compact, there is no sacrifice to power. Dimensions: 4.6” x 2.5” x 7.8” (LWH)
