Rated 5 out of 5 by Homeowner2016 from Easy to start I could never get my gas mower to start. My husband would start it for me so I rarely used it was too much of a hassle. I bought the 19" mower and it is a dream come true: easy to start, easy to push, and three different ways to handle the grass clippings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by fred345 from Light and powerful Overall, this is a great mower. It cuts like a gas mower without the hassles. I have had this for 3 months and have used it in dry periods and the heavy growing early fall season. I always use Turbo mode and it has enough power to cut my lawn (about 2000 sq ft) with some power left over. So the single charger doesn't affect me. It cuts evenly in heavy wet grass without bogging down. My main concern is how long the batteries will last since they are more than half the price of the mower to replace. I use the side discharge (not all electrics have this) and have not tried mulching or bagging but they should be useful when the leaves fall. This replaced my reel mower which replaced my gas mower and is the easist to use and maintain. PROS -cuts 2000 sq ft on single charge in Turbo -light and quiet -folds easily for storage CONS -handle doesn't tilt for moving in tight spaces -foam grip tears easily -lifetime of batteries (?)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Oldun from Good mower I wanted to replace my previous cordless electric mower and after comparing what was out there I decided between this mower and the big blue's 80v model. I actually had decided to get the 80v (80v vs 56v) as it was on sale at the time but when I attempted to buy it online, I was told by their sales rep that the sale price did not apply everywhere. (Even thought it was in my local sales ad.) I could have went to the store and pushed it but I just got this mower instead. Along with this purchase I also got the 56v blower. I live in Central Florida with 90 degree weather and 90 percent humidity. My home sits on 2 acres with 1 acre wooded and the rest with ground cover (grass, flowers, weeds) and specimen trees (live, water oaks). I am a Darwinian gardener. I do not weed, feed, or put down pesticides. I also do not rake, I mulch. With the three batteries and two chargers (mower, blower) I get about an hour and a half of mowing before I have to recharge. It takes about the same amount of time to charge the batteries. This works for me. I don't want to be out in the sun for an extended period. I cut the grass with 2 batteries and then 1 battery. There is no difference in performance, only the time is shortened. This last time I cut the grass, due to family issues and then hurricane Hermes coming through, I didn't cut the lawn for 7 or 8 weeks. Even with the tall ground cover (some up to 8 or 10 inches.) there was no drop in performance. It took 11 battery charges over 2 days. I have never used the 80v mower but I have no regrets about purchasing this mower. My only caveat would be if I hadn't also purchased the blower I could see having to wait for 2 batteries to charge using only 1 charger as frustrating. TL:DR Good mower but consider buying another 56v product to make it a great product.
