No, this charger uses power from a 20V Worx battery to charge other devices through a Type-A USB cord connection.

What is the voltage output of each USB port.

Each USB port will output 5V, 2.1A, assuming the Worx battery has charge left in it.

Will this charge my laptop?

The USB charger can charge most laptop computers if the proper cord connections are used.
