Set it inside the Leaf Mulcher stand and place the Leaf Mulcher on top. The ring will keep the bag open and fitted around the Leaf Mulcher to capture mulch for disposal or distribution in your garden.

The Universal Bag Holder is compatible with all outdoor paper or plastic yard bags.

While you could use the Universal Bag Holder with paper bags without the Leaf Mulcher, but since its designed for use with the Leaf Mulcher, your experience may not be ideal.
