Our Response Strategy

Manufacturing Diversification

We and our partners currently operate manufacturing facilities in China and Southeast Asia, and we’re doing everything we can to ramp up production in areas with lower tariffs to reduce exposure to trade volatility. We’re closely tracking global trade trends and making long-term decisions to build a more resilient supply chain — whether that means opening new facilities closer to home or optimizing operations where the economics no longer make sense. Our focus is on staying agile, lowering risk, and protecting product availability and pricing for our customers.

Operational Efficiencies

Every year, we look for ways to do things better — but this year, we’re pushing even harder. We’re doubling down on operational excellence, optimizing everything from logistics to packaging. That means smarter inventory planning, faster turnaround times, and tighter quality control — all so we can respond quickly to changing costs without passing the burden onto you.

Absorbing Costs

When tariffs hit, costs go up. But we believe that shouldn’t automatically mean prices go up for you. For key products — especially those you rely on most — we’re choosing to absorb some of those extra costs ourselves. We’re not cutting corners or changing formulas. We’re just making tough choices behind the scenes so that your experience with us stays consistent, fair, and reliable.

What products are affected?

To help you make the best decisions, we want to give you an estimate of how much MSRPs are expected to increase by product category under current conditions. Our wonderful team has worked tirelessly to keep impacts low to core products that have been loved by our Worx community. If trade conditions improve, we will update these estimates as soon as possible.

FAQs

Are you planning to manufacture in the U.S.?

We’ve heard this question from many customers, and we appreciate the interest. While we don’t have confirmed plans to open U.S. facilities currently, it’s not off the table. We're actively monitoring global trade trends, cost structures, and logistics to determine what makes the most sense long term. Our priority is always to build a resilient supply chain that delivers the best value to customers, whether that means producing closer to home or optimizing operations elsewhere.

If tariffs go down, will prices come down too?

Yes, we'll absolutely reassess pricing. Our goal is always to price fairly and competitively, and if conditions improve significantly, we will pass the cost savings along to you.

When will price increases take effect?

Price changes will roll out gradually. We’re committed to keeping you informed and will share more details as our plans evolve. For the latest information, please check the Update Log section regularly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POTENTIAL PRICE CHANGES DUE TO TARIFF POLICY UPDATES

Dear Valued Customer,

At Worx, we’re committed to transparency and to keeping our customers informed. With that in mind, we want to inform you in advance that recent policy changes to U.S. import tariffs may lead to price increases on some Worx products.

Over the years, we’ve invested significantly in building a global supply chain designed to keep our tools innovative and competitively priced. While we’ve taken proactive steps to manage rising costs, these new tariffs are expected to impact costs industry-wide—and ultimately, pricing.

While our pricing team is still working through the details, we anticipate that some product prices will increase in the near future. We’re sharing this with you now so you have the opportunity to shop at current prices before any adjustments take effect. If you’ve been considering a purchase, we encourage you to act now and take advantage of today’s pricing.

We’ll continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding, and for being a valued part of the Worx community.
