Can you lock the scooter?

The battery compartment housing the Power ShareTM batteries can be locked with the included key. However, it is recommended that you purchase an additional lock if you plan to leave your scooter out in public.​

Can the scooter run with only one battery?

No, the scooter requires both Power ShareTM batteries to operate.​

Can I use different Ah Power ShareTM batteries?

The eScooter is compatible with Power ShareTM batteries of either 5Ah or 8Ah. To maximize run time it is recommended to use two batteries of the same amp hour. ​

Does the scooter have a safe start?

Yes, in order to use the scooter, you must kick off manually and reach 1.2 mph before using the throttle.​

Can two people ride the scooter at once?​

The maximum weight limit of the scooter is 220lbs., however we do not recommend two people to ride the scooter at once due to safety concerns.​

Is the scooter waterproof?​

The scooter is rated IPX4 and is protected from splashing water. It is recommended not to ride in the rain for safety reasons, but if your scooter does get wet, ensure you wipe it dry. If your scooter gets muddy or soiled, it is not recommended to spray your scooter down with water, instead wipe it down with a damp cloth.

How much assembly is required?​

Minimal assembly is required. The handlebar will need to be attached with the included screws.​

No, this scooter is not built for trick riding. Please refer to the manual and follow the safety warnings listed out in section 1.

Do the Worx Power Share™ PRO batteries require a special charger?

No. The Worx Power Share™ PRO batteries can be used on all existing WORX 20V MAX chargers (WA3742, WA3881, WA3764, WA3770, WA3884, WA3835).

Will the Worx Power Share™ PRO batteries charge faster than the standard Worx Power Share™ batteries?

No. The batteries require the same amount of charge-time as the standard Worx Power Share™ batteries. However, due to the Cell-Cooling Technology in the Power Share™ PRO batteries, they stay cooler, longer. As a result, less wait-time is needed before a battery can start charging, due to high temperature.
