It is recommended that you rinse the vacuum filter periodically with warm water. Let it dry for 24 hours before re-inserting it into the Cube Vac.
The dirt cup is not removable but features a one-touch dirt cup release button that releases the debris without having to touch the dirt.
The dirt cup release button might be difficult to push the first time. After the first release, the subsequent empties will be easier and the dirt cup should release much easier.
