DIY Bat Transfer Candle

Supplies
- MakerX Heat Gun
- Wax LED Candle
- White Tissue Paper
- Printer
- Printer Paper
- Wax Paper
- Tape
- Scissors
Step-by-Step Instructions
Steps
1. Cut a piece of white tissue paper about an inch larger than the piece of printer paper. Tape the tissue paper to the printer paper by folding the edges of the tissue paper to the back of the printer paper and tape around the back. Tip: Tape parallel sides first pulling the tissue paper as tight as possible while keeping the tissue paper flat.
2. Find free bat images online and size them to fit the candle. Print out the bat images on the tissue paper by feeding the taped printer paper through the printer.
3. Cut around the bat image and discard the printer paper leaving only the printed tissue paper.
4. Place the printed bats onto the candle and wrap it tightly with a piece of wax paper.
5. Turn on the heat gun and begin to wave it in front of the candle in a consistent motion. The wax paper will start to melt and seal the tissue paper to the candle. Tip: You will be able to see the color of the tissue paper turn from white to clear.
6. While the wax paper is still warm, peel it off slowly from the candle to reveal your spooky candle.
