This is a non-powered accessory designed to work with our WG801/WG801.9 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear.

The Telescoping Pole only weighs 1 pound on its own. With the support wheels to support the pole and 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear, you won’t even feel a fraction of the weight. Yes! Simply open the package, snap in your 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear, and you’re ready to work.

To change the length of the handle, grasp the locking knob close to the bend at the bottom of the pole and twist to loosen. Pull the handle to extend it, or push it to collapse it. Tighten the locking knob to lock the pole at the ideal height. The pole can be adjusted between 27” and 44” long.

Worx design keeps you in mind. Attaching the 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear to the Telescoping Pole is easy. Align the flat part of the Shrub and Grass Shear against the handle connection bracket and slide them together to connect them. To remove the handle, press the locking tab on the bottom (flat part) of the telescoping pole connection bracket. Hold it down and pull the Shrub and Grass Shear away from the pole.

NOTE: For your safety, disconnect the battery from the 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear, use the safety guards on the blades and wear gloves.

Yes! The Telescoping Pole has two wheel positions to give you a cutting height of 1” or 1.7” while using your 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear. To adjust the cutting height, press the left wheel to push the spring inside. Hold the spring in position and rotate the wheels to adjust the cutting height. Release the spring to fix the wheel position.

Be sure to install your battery on the 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear. At the top of the handle, push the lock-off safety button forward to the “unlock” position. Squeeze the on/off trigger switch and trim away! Release the button to shut off the Worx 20V Cordless Shrub Shear and Grass Shear.

NOTE: To prevent accidental activation when not in use, slide the lock-off button on the handle back, towards the “lock” position.

ATTENTION: For safety, remove the battery when changing the blades or changing the tool between modes. When changing the blade, we recommend wearing gloves and using the included safety sheaths. To prevent accidental activation when not in use, slide the lock-off button on the handle back, towards the “lock” position.
