Why can't I get the dirt cup to open?

The dirt cup release button might be difficult to push the first time. After the first release, the subsequent empties will be easier and the dirt cup should release much easier.

Can I wash the HEPA filter?

It is recommended that you rinse the filter periodically with warm water. Let it dry for 24 hours before re-inserting it into the Cube Vac.

Can I use this to vacuum up wet debris or liquids?

No, it is only meant for dry debris like dirt, dust, and pet hair.

How do I control the suction speed?

It is controlled through the on/off button on the handle. Press once for low-speed, twice for high-speed and a third time to turn off.

What is the run time?

Using the included 2Ah PowerShare battery, 10 minutes on high speed and 25 minutes on low speed.

Is the dirt cup removable?

The dirt cup is not removable but features a one-touch dirt cup release button that releases the debris without having to touch the dirt.

Can it be used as a blower?

No, it is suction only.
